That’s a portative organ. Kitty needs a helping paw behind it to pump the bellows.

Fruit fly season again. They’re so rude.

Feelin’ blue. 🙂
I have not taken a day off since June 10th. Having finished with the guitar show and competition last night, I told myself I shouldn’t do anything today. It’s 11 am and I’m not sure that’s even possible. Can I make it ‘til 2?
If I’m not working, there’s a good chance the vacuum created might fill up with emptiness or despondency? Momentum seems important.

You ain’t at your lowest till you sit down in a standing shower
Humans and spiders could have such a symbiotic relationship if we could just communicate

My own respiration and evaporation are hard hittin’ battlers that can undo the efforts of modern condensing technology.
-I recently started following some blogs which feature a lot of vintage comic art, and it reconfirms my opinion that I much prefer looking at comics at the inked stage, pre-color. I don’t know why it is, but give me black and white reproductions every time.
-Sunday evenings still bring on the loneliness.
-I sometimes find myself missing old books from my past with the same wistfulness I feel for departed friends.
– The question remains : could I actually pull off a set of overalls? I don’t mean in a physical sense. I’m capable of removing them. Stylistically, am I ready to be Hillbilly Jim?
-There’s a provincial election here in a couple of days. (Equivalent to a gubernatorial race in the US.) (I say that only as an excuse to use the word gubernatorial, btw.) There’s a populist conservative dolt running. You might recall the Toronto mayor who smoked crack? It’s his brother. He has no platform. (Literally. He hasn’t published one). His sister in law is suing him for withholding/stealing her children’s inheritance. He’s been connected with drug dealers. I’m watching people on facebook say things like, “He’s the best candidate to get the province back on track.” and it dawns on me that these must be the people who get taken in by multi-level marketing schemes. The ones who type their banking info into phishing emails. They click on one cool trick that will shock them into cutting down a little bit of belly fat.
These people exist in numbers large enough to make me wonder You couldn’t trust them with money, or to look after your children. You certainly couldn’t go into business with them. How do they live? I try not to be misanthropic, I really do, but this has all gone on too long. I’m tired of wilful ignorance.
