 Steve Cropper is the man. Green Onions = sex.  What I find amazing about this performance is seeing him totally fall apart in the solo, around 3:30. He’s so good at being concise that he says it all in 12 bars. After that there’s literally nothing left in the musical tank and he’s noodling in the wrong key.
